VRH.az is a listing and communication platform for short-term villa and cottage rentals. Rental dates and conditions are agreed between the owner and guest; the website does not provide online booking or process rental payments.

Depending on the features you use, information processed may include: your name, phone number, email address, profile photograph and account details; listing descriptions, property address and location, photographs, price and amenities; chat correspondence, reviews, complaints and support requests.
When purchasing paid platform services, information about the selected service, amount and payment status may be processed. Login and activity logs, IP addresses, and technical information about the browser and device may also be processed for security purposes.
Do not share payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information in chat or listings unless necessary.
3. Purposes of use
Information is used to create and verify accounts, display listings, enable searches and user communication, activate paid services, provide support and send notifications.
It may also be used to investigate complaints, prevent fake accounts and fraud, improve security and improve the platform’s operation.
4. Information visible to other users
Listing details and photographs, the displayed property location, public profile information and published reviews may be visible to other users.
Phone number visibility depends on the activation conditions of the selected service. Information you send in chat is visible to the other participant in that conversation.
Personal information posted in a public listing or review may be viewed and copied by others. Only post information you are willing to share.
5. Privacy of correspondence
Internal chat correspondence is not published publicly. Only authorised administrators may view it to investigate complaints or address safety concerns.
Such access is read-only, and the reason for it is recorded in the system. Access to correspondence is limited to the needs of the relevant investigation and safety purpose.
